Just Sold!! On Friday, we closed on a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Arlington VA at the Williamsburg Condo building. My happy first-time homebuyer is moving into this condo with a large balcony (that gets great sun), hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, a pool, gym, and just a few blocks from the Courthouse Metro stop!
Even sweeter? We negotiated a price about $20k less than the appraisal and got closing cost assistance.
