93 listings
88 were either REO or Short Sales
ONLY 5 WERE NOT IN DISTRESS
Since most of my business lately has been in Arlington, I wasn't QUITE expecting this type of query.
You do know what this means don't you? Those 5 properties, if they're priced correctly, will go. And they will go fast.
